Lindsay began working with Simpson Co. Real Estate in 2001 as the Buyer Specialist, and began representing buyers in 2002. She is passionate about helping her clients find the right home and successfully negotiating a purchase that will enhance their lives and their futures. Having been born and raised in Anchorage, Lindsay enjoys helping families relocate to the area, and helping them establish their lives here. Lindsay is also the product of real estate - with Beth as her mom, she has been showing properties to clients since her infancy!
Nichole joined Simpson Co. as an Executive Assistant/Office Manager in October 2013, and obtained her real estate license in June 2014. Nichole’s family moved around some growing up with her military father until they planted their roots in Anchorage in 1992. Nichole worked as a Legal Assistant for 8 years before taking a year off to be a stay at home mom. When returning to the workforce, she decided to change career paths and succumb to her interest in real estate. She makes sure our listings and transactions get the attention they deserve.
